Maddy & Alex married in a private ceremony and then invited all their friends and family to celebrate with them a few weeks later in Brooklyn, New York. The morning started with portraits around Williamsburg, moving inside and outside as we dodged the moments of rain. As the sun set, the couple joined their family and friends for an All Fun No Frills dance-fueled reception at LilliStar BK, the rooftop bar on top of the Moxy Williamsburg Hotel.
What you won’t find in this gallery is a wedding ceremony – a part of their celebration that the couple is choosing to keep private. Instead, you’ll find all the pieces of M+A’s celebration that felt most important to share in the company of their community.
